You must notify zz88 immediately through the Platform's live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your Account remains accurate, current, and complete at all times. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. zz88 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of up to Rs 200 per month to inactive Accounts. You will be notified before any such fee is applied. Accounts with a nil balance that have been inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be permanently closed at zz88's discretion.
Note: Any Real Money Balance remaining in an inactive Account at the time of closure will be transferred to a segregated player funds account and will remain available for withdrawal upon successful identity verification.
